Delivery times vary depending on your location, but standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 7–14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed.
If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue you a store credit or refund (your choice).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will ship the replacement item to you at no extra charge.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
